Delivery is FREE on all orders over £20 within the UK Mainland. Orders under £20 are charged £2.00 for packing and shipping. Most of the orders are sent by Royal Mail. Heavier items are sent with courier. Courier deliveries, and Royal Mail Recorded or Signed For require a signature on delivery.
As long as everything is in stock, your order is guaranteed to be despatched within 7 working days of ordering, but in reality about 99% of the orders are sent the day after ordering (or same day if you order before 10am). If your order is urgent or you need a specific delivery date, please call us and we'll do our best to help.
If anything you've ordered is out of stock we'll let you know.
